Your first visit to Dentozen is unlike anything you've experienced at a dental practice before. From the moment you walk through the door and see the crystal chandelier, the monstera-filled spaces, and the swing chairs, you'll know this is different.
Your new patient examination is thorough and unhurried. We'll take the time to understand your dental history, your concerns, and what you'd like to achieve. Then we'll carry out a comprehensive check-up including digital x-rays, gum health assessment, and oral cancer screening.
After your examination, we'll sit down together and talk through everything we've found. If any treatment is needed, we'll explain your options clearly, with full pricing upfront and absolutely no pressure.

Reserve your new patient appointment through our online booking system. We're open 9am to 5pm, seven days a week.
Arrive & Settle In
When you arrive, you'll be welcomed into our botanical retreat. Take a moment to relax in our waiting area before your appointment.
Full Examination
Your dentist will carry out a comprehensive examination including digital x-rays, gum assessment, and a thorough check of every tooth.
Your Care Plan
We'll discuss everything we've found and create a personalised treatment plan with clear pricing. No jargon, no pressure, just honest guidance.

Do I need to register before my appointment?
No separate registration is needed. Simply book your new patient appointment online and we'll take care of everything when you arrive.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Just yourself. If you have any previous dental records or x-rays from another practice, those can be helpful but aren't essential.
Are you an NHS practice?
Dentozen is a private dental practice. This means shorter waiting times, longer appointments, and access to the full range of modern treatments and materials.
Do you treat nervous patients?
Absolutely. Many of our patients came to us specifically because they were nervous about the dentist. Our whole environment is designed to put anxious patients at ease.
What are your opening hours?
We're open 9am to 5pm, seven days a week. We know life is busy, so we've made it as easy as possible to find a time that works.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Any treatment we recommend can be spread over 12 months at 0% APR through Tabeo, with no deposit and no hidden fees.

I was leaving London the next day to travel to NZ when my crown became loose. I emailed Dentozen that night, not expecting a reply. I was amazingly given an appointment for early the very next morning on a bank holiday. My crown was very securely fixed, taking away the high stress of it falling out on my massive journey home. Plus a bonus are that their fees are very reasonable!! The Dentozen team are superstars!

I called Dentozen whilst I was experiencing dreadful toothache. I was seen pretty much immediately on the Sunday and after X-rays it was found I needed root canal. The service and comfort I received from Dr Patel and Nurse Fabiana was just amazing. I actually did not feel a thing. They were kind and supportive the whole time. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Ditch your dentist and come to Dentozen. It's an experience like no other. You will be forgiven to think that you're in one of Londons top Spa. Let's start with the reception area. Zen-like, beautiful and your met by pleasant receptionist. The decor is designed to give you a calming 'your in good hands' feeling. No expense was spared on the latest state of the art dental equipment. Arguably the best dental surgery to date.
